📋 Full BCP Council Compliance & Paperwork Handled Free

Because Branksome Dene Rooms is a premier public asset managed by BCP Council (Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole), erecting temporary structures requires strict approvals. We take the stress entirely out of your hands at no extra charge by managing the logistics directly:

• Council Liaison: We submit all necessary site logs directly to the park and beach event teams.

• Safety Documentation: We provide full Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) tailored to the clifftop terrain.

• Fully Insured: We supply comprehensive Public Liability Insurance details required by local authorities.

⏱️ Strict 1-Day Hire Window? Our Speciality!

The most common challenge with booking a beachfront venue in Dorset is tight access times. If you have secured the rooms for a single-day hire, our elite installation team works like clockwork to fit BCP guidelines:

• 9:00 AM Ready: We load in and fully erect the structure early in the morning, ensuring it is completely ready before your first guests arrive.

• Midnight Takedown: We safely dismantle, pack down, and clear the site just after midnight, ensuring you vacate the premises seamlessly with zero council penalties.

Whether you are planning a relaxed beach-vibe summer party, a coastal corporate function, or a stunning Dorset seaside wedding, our German-engineered Röder and Höcker frames offer ultimate wind resistance and stability against the coastal breeze.
